Blockchain platform Daex may open crypto bourse in Russia by 2019

YALTA, Crimea, Apr 20 (PRIME) -- Blockchain platform Daex Blockchain Group will open a Russian bourse until the end of 2018 to exchange cryptocurrencies for fiat money, co-founder Hua Zhang said on Friday.

Daex Blockchain Group is working on this idea. It is easy to open a bourse exchanging cryptocurrencies for cryptocurrencies, but setting up a bourse exchanging them for fiat money is more difficult. Corresponding laws should appear soon, the businesswoman said.

The company is holding talks on the exchange with the blockchain association.

At present, Russia has no laws on cryptocurrencies, but it is considering three bills aimed to regulate the crypto market.
